Q. Do I need to be a member of Moto Series or Enduro Series to place an order?
A. No, it is not required and most of our customers aren't affiliated with us.

Q. What discounts are available?
A. We offer discounts for certain products, such as brakes and tires, to our Moto Series members. We also will run special deals and coupons from time to time.

Q. How long does it take an order to arrive at my house?
A. All orders should ship within 3-5 days, shipping time will vary, but should be no more than 5 days to CA.

Q. How is shipping calculated?
A. Currently, all shipping is included in the price/free for all orders within the lower 48.

Q. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, international, or to a APO/FPO?
A. Not online at this time, however you may contact us and we can work out something.

Q. Why don't you carry x tire?
A. If there is a certain model of tire of a brand we do carry, contact us and we will try to add it to our online lineup. If we don't have a brand of tire, it is because we are not a dealer of that brand.

Q. How are returns handled?
A. No returns on tires, all other items may be returned for a 10% restocking fee.

Q. I have a login for the Moto Series checkout cart, will it work here?
A. No. Moto Speed Gear and Moto Series are two completely separate organizations and the carts are separate as well.

Q. How is payment made?
A. We use Pay-Pal as our payment gateway. You do not need an account to use it. However, during checkout you will be taken to pay-pal; here you will enter your credit card information in a secure manner. You can also login using your Pay-Pal account to pay if desired.

Q. Do I pay tax?
A. Kentucky residents pay 6% sales tax, all other states are exempt.

Q. What are V speed tires??
A. Some manufacturers sell the same size tire with different speed ratings. A "V" tire is rated up to 149mph while the "H" tire is rated at 130mph. Performance sport tires usually have much higher ratings, so different rated tires are more commonly found on touring tires. Visit the manufacturer's website for more information and the exact speed rating of your tire if so desired.
